stand alone program

im useing wpi and i dont get how to make wpi install a stand alone progam like the programs you just unzip and use with no instalation needed...with that be a add on?...beeler4321@gmail.com

just use something like winrar or inno setup to make a installer for it that would place it were u want and to make shortcuts
