nick.ccc
hi everybodyi have this problem with nlite and XP home:i used nlite to remove some componets, disable some services and tweak some settings.. everything was ok, system vas installed.. then i installed my software (economic related) and there vas "¾" and "ė" characters instead of "ľ" and "č" in menus.. other texts are OK, even slovak/czech characters are displayed correctly. I tried to NOT remove any components, just do some settings, but the problem persists. Only way to have those characters correctly displayed was to instal XP from original medium, not modified by nlite at all.but i think it shouldn't do this if i just modify a few settings and do some tweaks. i don't see the connection between settings (turn off firewall or change the appearance for example) and fonts in windows... :/can somebody help please?thx a lot Edited April 20, 2008 by nick.ccc
The Orange Pigeon
Nazdar! What ever it is, its not a conflict between nlite and the Czech language files. I used nlite to remove all other languages besides English and Czech and all characters work fine for me.
