Malware infection, Hard Drive going bad, Network driver was updated with a bad driver, bad network cable, another computer on the network is infected and using all of your bandwidth. Many many reasons can cause this. definatly use RogueRemover, Ad-Aware, and spybot and see what it finds. Change your WEP key just in case gamehead is right too.
