Can not parse answer file

[SAIRB]

I am attempting to install vista enterprise VL with WDS. I have set up WDS, created a capture image, captured an image, and created an answer file. When I attempt to install with the image an answer file, I receive the following message.

Windows could not parse or process unattend answer file [C:\Windows\Panther\unattend.xml] for pass [oobeSystem]. The settings specified in the answer file cannot be applied. The error was detected while processing settings for component [Microost-Windows-Schell-Setup].

Does anyone know what needs to be done to resolve this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are a bunch of errors when you try to validate it. I don't know how picky MS is about that.
