Changing xp icons to vista at first restart with nLite?

Is there any program that changes automatically only the icons of the xp to vista, and that could be added to the xp installation cd and that is executed automatic after the first restart?

I dont want to use a resource hacker and edit the files of xp, i want something like vista brico pack but i need a pack that only changes icons, not skins, themes, sidebars and all that innecesary things that installs.

I noticed that nLite offers to add command lines to runonce at first restart, but i dont know how to use it.

Im a nooby using nLite so any help easy to understand will be thankfull.

V'ISO may be what you are looking for, ricktendo had made a batch file which patches all XP files to Vista for icons bitmaps and avi files. You will need to patch a fresh source.
