I finished my unattended xp sp2 with nLite, and I want to know if is it posible to make a boot cd/dvd to boot from a DOS menu with the options : boot from Hiren, boot from xp installer, start from 1st hard disk or reboot. Im a nooby,I found info in this web http://flyakite.msfn.org but i really dont understand how to make a booteable cd/dvd with Hiren & XP.

Is there any program that changes automatically only the icons of the xp to vista, and that could be added to the xp installation cd and that is executed automatic after the first restart? I dont want to use a resource hacker and edit the files of xp, i want something like vista brico pack but i need a pack that only changes icons, not skins, themes, sidebars and all that innecesary things that installs. I noticed that nLite offers to add command lines to runonce at first restart, but i dont know how to use it. Im a nooby using nLite so any help easy to understand will be thankfull.

Hi!! I downloaded themes from http://rapidshare.com/files/61929608/30_Be...emes_for_XP.rar . I copy them to c:\windows\resources\themes then I opened nLite and choose add local themes, I made an ISO and tested it in a Virtual PC, the themes are in c:\windows\resources\themes but windows didnt recognize them and sometimes shows for example : "WinVista is not a valid theme for windows" Which can be the problem???

I used that program to change winntbbu.dll, and it works, but only works if you run the setup.exe from the cd executing from windows, is not working if I boot from cd. Look: From running setup.exe in windows: Booting from cd: but I want to see somthing like: I want to know the name of the file of the blue background which nLite runs in the instalation and change it from mine. I made a XP cd personalized with nLite, while the instalation is running it is shown a blue background with a xp logo, I want to change that background with one I made, but i dont know wich is the name of that image or where is it to delete and put mine. Any help is grateful.
