IcemanND Posted March 15, 2008 Posted March 15, 2008 do any errors appear in the event viewer when you are booted to safe mode? Does it still do it if you disable ALL of the startup items from the stratup folder and the registries RUN keys?
Ponch Posted March 16, 2008 Posted March 16, 2008 I've seen this a few times. I think I solved it by either creating a new profile or booting into safe mode and run "chkdsk c: /r" (if the profiles are on C: drive)
