You delete them BEFORE burning the CD. Other-wise your simply stuck with them oon the CD.

Do you say just remove those files before creating .ISO file, If done so will i not experience problem during installation? Thanks dude

Haven't used it but I think there is an option in the General tab of the Options area to "Save a copy of your current configuration on the ISO", try to disable that
