Jonathon28 Posted February 13, 2008 Posted February 13, 2008 Hi, I have an Acer Aspire 5101 Awlmi laptop which i recently flashed the bios to try and resolve another problem. Does anyone have a service manual or know of a way of 'un-flashing' the bios. When i switch it on, nothing appears on screen.I read somewhere about booting something from a external floppy drive (which i have) but couldn't find the correct file to flash it with.In desperate need of some help with this one! Jonathon(P.s. I will never flash another bios again!)

Jonathon28 Posted February 13, 2008 Author Posted February 13, 2008 Unfortunately not.I've found one battery on the board, soldered to the board, there might be another, but could do with the service manual to know how to take it apart fully.
