can anyone help me !!!!

i m using INTEL® pENTIUM ® 4 CPU 3.06GHZ

I believe CPU-Z will tell you that. Google it, it's a great tool. :D

I think the P4's are 64-bit. But you should check nonetheless.

If it's a socket 478 , 3,06Ghz with fsb133 (quad bumped 533), the "old high perf" P4 , this is a 32 bits only without any virtualizations or dep/nxbit features.

Latest P4 on socket lga uses higher fsb and frequency is 3,00Ghz or more and has emt-64bits, virtualizations and dep/nxbit protection.

That's easy.

To check whether your OS is x86-based, Click Start, click Run, type winmsd.exe, and then click OK.

And view those details.

To check if your processor is x86, you can download this tool to check for it.

http://download3.vmware.com/software/wkst/...6.0.0-45731.exe

This tool is to check your processor about the ability to run x64 OS on VWMare Workstation, a virtual PC.
