Something odd at 13 minutes

It asks me for something to extract in system32\inetsrv, and when i press OK it returns "Extracting complete"

what exactly is this?

and maybe more important, how could I remove this?

It's something which is triggered from SVCPACK.INF. You yourself must know best what you added to your installation via SVCPACK.INF Run all applications which you added to SVCPACK.INF manually to see which one gives you this pop up. You'll need to recreate this specific package to run silently.
