is there a zip or rar file somewhere on the net to download all the windows updates (all at the same time) i don't want thru all the different lil updates that is there... i be awake allnight long so i'm not just asking as a new/noob user but as a friend

There is a post-SP2 updates pack file made by RyanVM. Last is from october. You can integrate it with nLite. It's 47Meg.

It's a beta release, but it is stable however
