ashraf21c Posted January 19, 2008 Posted January 19, 2008 (edited) content re-written and shrunk, (but not verified), for better understanding.The basic idea is this:Install the freeware application Script Defender from AnalogX.Run the program and it will offer you its default file extensions to monitor.Replace the contents of this box with the following listing..ADE,.ADP,.BAS,.BAT,.CHM,.CMD,.COM,.CPL,.CRT,.DLL,.EXE,.GZ,.HLP,.HTA,.INF,.INS,.ISP,.JAR,.JAD,.JAS,.JPG.EXE,.JS,.JSE,.LNG.TXT,.LNK,.MDB,.MDE,.MSC,.MSI,.MSP,.MST,.OCX,.PCD,.PIF,.REG,.SCR,.SHB,.SHS,.TAR,.TXT.LNG,.URL,.VB,.VBE,.VBS,.WSC,.WSF,.WSH,.Z9Apply the additions.You should now have a protection, XP SP2 and under, similar to that given by UAC in Vista.
