Moving install from one pc to another (new install)

How do I move Outlook 2003, inbox & all personal folders etc & mailbox settings?

This is for my mum's pc, i use gmail myself, so have never done this before

Use "Save My Settings Wizard" from the Office start menu.

It is a good idea to backup your .pst file as well since I am not 100% sure that the wizard will do it or not.
