Got vlite to work, only problem now is that clicking "user accounts" does nothing. I share my computer with my brother, and I tried to make an account for him but couldn't. Clicking "Manage User Accounts" does nothing. I had to go google and use the command prompt to set him up. But we can't get into it because I don't know the password Windows made when it made his account. How do I get the user accounts button to work?

In the "User Accounts" menu, only change "my password", "remove password", and "change account picture" buttons work.

Yeah it is the UAC removal. Unfortunately gonna have to keep parts of it to reenable that page. It wasn't a mistake, it's not the first time that parts of a component needs to be saved in favor of other basic functionality.
