RAID?

Erstmal auf deutsch.

Kann es sein, dass vLite mit RAID-Only Systemen Probleme macht? Hab jetzt 8 DVD's geschrottet. Keine vLite-Version davon ist 100%tig lauffähig.

RAID-Treiber integration schön und gut. Aber Vista scheint die beim Setup eh nicht zu laden = nutzlos.

Ok denk ich mir, und nehm die von der Treiber-CD (motherboard). Partitionen werden angezeigt, wunderbar.

1) Problem: Ziellaufwerk konnte nicht formatiert werden -> grml, nach ein paar versuchen gings dann doch (is klar... )

2) Problem: Nachdem die Daten auf die HDD kopiert/expandiert wurden, und der erste Reboot ansteht -> Fehler in der Installation. Bitte starten Sie die Installation neu. 2x rebooten - er macht weiter (is klar²... )

3) Problem: Installation fertig - Windows bootet - Ladescreen - System startet neu (Abgesicherter Modus usw. laufen auch net)

Gibt es dafür nen Workaround? Oder muss ich damit leben - vLite (noch) nicht RAID-Fähig?

Btw. Habs auch schon mit nem anderen Motherboard(Raidchip) versucht - same fu...

hi, I'm dutch, and german is pretty close, so i give it a try at translating

does Vlite give problems with RAID only systems? bricked 8 dvd's for this and it still does not give me a good 100 pct vlite

i have integrated Raid controllers and such, but vista doesnt load anything.

1: formatting doesnt work

2:after expanding the dvd on the hdd, and after the reboot, i need the restart the installation

3:only boots in safe mode(?)

workaround? vlite not yet having raid support?

ps: also tried with diffirent mobo, but no luck

This is not about vlite.Its about integrated sata-raid controllers.Try to manually integrate drivers into boot.wim.

I was used this method more than 30 new controller drivers.Its working good. "peimg.exe" /inf=".\driver\sata\adhraid.inf"
