mysticalone Posted December 29, 2007 Posted December 29, 2007 I used nLite to disable the frequently used programs, but now I want it back. I've removed the registry keys associated with disabling the feature and restarted but it still doesn't work. What can I do?
neo Posted December 30, 2007 Posted December 30, 2007 Run Registry editor (Type regedit in Run Dialog box and hit enter)Navigate to : HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\ExplorerDelete a DWORD value named: NoStartMenuMFUprogramsListCheck here also:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
mysticalone Posted December 30, 2007 Author Posted December 30, 2007 (edited) I did that and it had no effect. I also removed NoInstrumentation and nothing. Edited December 30, 2007 by mysticalone
mysticalone Posted December 31, 2007 Author Posted December 31, 2007 Yeah, I have no idea why it's not working after removing those things.
