Make an adaptation of Skin Renovatio with WinStyle Russian / Latino.

There are 168 folders with 1 BASE_SCR.TXT "Script ResHacker" and resources "dialogs, icons, bitmaps, avi, etc."

As I can do to create a CAB file with local files on the computer "future safeguard," and apply changes in the CAB files BATCH then install from an INF File preformatted to skip files that do not exist

It's complicated, but it is the only alternative for dealing with non-manipulable files under Windows and cause errors in version

FWIW, I have done a (new) french translation of the modded WINMINE.EXE (Démineur in french) coming with the Renovatio 2 pack.

WINMINE_FR.rar

You can use it to replace %WinDir%\WINMINE.EXE (BACKUP first!).
