WPI error message after reboot on UA vista

I keep getting this error message after i do a reboot. see pic

i want to install daemon tools and for that i need to install SPTD.

i install SPTD using this command Start /wait %cdrom%\WPI\SPTD1.53.exe add /q in setupcomplete.cmd

then WPI launches and restarts when it reaches daemon

after the reboot WPI gives me this error message and when i click on the OK button WPI closes
