start AFTER the desktop loads with 16 colors Error

Hi Everyone,

I configure the WPI to run after windows 2000 installation now my problem is I get error when I try to do a mouseover to the application that I want to install. I now the solution is to remove the showtooltips and transition. But what if I want see the tool tips with transition even if my screen resolution is 16 colors and 640x480.
