How do you change background,during installation?

hi there i was wondering if somebody can tell me how to change the background that shows during windows installation (the blue ms background).

and put my own background...thanks in advance.


the setup wallpaper is a CAB compressed bitmap file, located in I386/setup_w.bm_. (If I'm not mistaken)

thanks a lot... so should i just replace that one with mine?

i mean just rename it to setup_w.bm_

any idea how big the image should be??

dont know your set up,but mine i have a folder on my desktop with all the winxp cd contents in it.

you start the application,click on file-open-look for winntbbu.dll in the 386 folder---click ok

now go to edit-background look for your image click ok---click save.
