Username and Password for Wireless Networks

Alright, I am helping someone to set up there company with Wireless Access and he wants for users and what not to connect to the AP and then a splash screen will appear or when they go in a web browser and page appears and you have to enter a username and password.

I found some kind of software that did this, but i can't find it anymore.

so could someone help me? thanks i would really appreciate it

You want a Captive Portal.

Depending on your AP, you might be able to run ChilliSpot.

I hear that ZoneCD is also popular. It is based on NoCat.
