tarlar Posted December 3, 2007 Posted December 3, 2007 I'm used so much to Firefox now that I always remove IE with vLite, seeing as I don't want anything to do with it anymore, but keep the HTML engine nevertheless so I can use the IE tab extension just in case and to not break some applications that use it. However since 1.1 beta 2 everytime I use these things it keeps trying to save the webpages, opening a download window and then failing anyway. Here's my preset: ; vLite preset file[Information]Version = 1.1 beta 2 on 2.0.50727.312 Microsoft Windows NT 6.0.6000.0Target = Windows Vista ULTIMATE 32-bit - 6.0.6000.16386 - English (United States) nuhi Posted January 20, 2008 Posted January 20, 2008 I tried the IETab on 1.1RC and it works fine, can you confirm?
Jeronimo Posted January 20, 2008 Posted January 20, 2008 I always have used Firefox (3.0b2 now) with IEtab and IE removed with vLite: no problem. Howeever I always set programaccess for standardprograms to Mozilla Firefox from within the control panel.
