Stopping Exchange from sending Read/Delivery Receipts

I've looked on google and tons of other forums, but i can't find an answer to whether i can stop exchange from sending read or/and delivery receipts.

I don't think you can... I've googled myself to refresh my memories and found nothing of interest.
