when HT frequancy at 200 - DDR = 167

when HT frequancy at 210 - DDR = 175

Everything on the DRAM config page is set to 'Auto'

Set the first field that’s now on "AUTO" to 100 or 133, that should give you the possibility to OC a LOT more .

You can take care about your RAM later, first you need to set all other components besides the CPU at a "slow" configuration.
