Yes it will work fine, the x1950pro will not use more then 12V*15A=180Watts, in fact it uses an approximate 66(idle)+60(extra on load)=126 Watts.

AMD Athlon 64 X2 6400+ 3.2GHz 2 x 1MB L2 Cache Socket AM2 Processor is good man , you can have a look at it .
