Many converters are similar.

I would recommend moyea video converter, which supports the conversion between many file formats. There are advanced settings for further editing, such as, video bit rate, video size, etc. The default profile list works as a guide for the selection of the codec. All codecs are built-in. It supports windows vista with several editions. However, it does not work on Mac. The developer shall take a consideration of the Mac users.

However, it just supports dual core processor and automatically optimize the conversion for different PCs.
