nuhi Posted October 24, 2007 Posted October 24, 2007 No it will not be smaller if you don't use Rebuild. It just adds new info to exclude files from the image on top of the old one. Does not influence the install, just the way how the files are read from the image.
Legolash2o Posted October 24, 2007 Author Posted October 24, 2007 what about using the delete image where you delete vista versions, does that make a smaller ISO?
aviv00 Posted October 24, 2007 Posted October 24, 2007 ow ofc its wont make it smaller i misunderstand u sorryif u delete the the rest and leave the ultimate its wont change
nuhi Posted October 24, 2007 Posted October 24, 2007 what about using the delete image where you delete vista versions, does that make a smaller ISO?Deleting versions from the image won't save size, it just removes the allocation for the specific image preset which is represented as a Windows version, they all basically use the same files.

ajua Posted October 31, 2007 Posted October 31, 2007 is there anything to reduce the final size using just ultimate edition?i wonder because im using this one alone and have seem many "ultimate versions" around the internet at about 1.2gb of size.
