ok i wanted to check my website without uploading to and sever ..is there any way...or is there any kind of software or virtual web sever...to test...i wanted test forums ..and forms ...thing's like that....so plz help me...

So you want to run a local server for development and testing?

Try XAMPP.

you say you wanted to test out forums and such. if your still deciding what software to use check to see if your webhost has a service called "Fantastico" it can auto install a lot of forum software directly to your server without you ever having to download&reupload it
