cmmcnamara
Ok so I started working on a new nLite build but now I'm getting this weird error where in the install it stops setup and restarts the computer after installing and configuring the network components and then it goes to the Windows XP loading page but enter the Windows XP console and says "Setup is restarting...". From here it starts the install all over again and it continues in this loop. I'm confused about this one. I have attached my .ini.Last_Session.ini Edited October 14, 2007 by cmmcnamara
Locutus of Borg
; (don't post it on the net, it's not important for debugging)pls remove last_session_u.ini, there is your private data...i think you need to move IE 7 ON TOP of updates... in tutorial for slipstreaming xp x64 is written that IE must be on top... WMP11 you need to integrate on he other way... find tutorial for xp x64 (2003), everything is the same (except you don't slipstream sp2)... cmmcnamara
Ok so I tried that and I still get the problem. This has never happened before in one of my nLite builds. The .ini file I posted is still the same except the new one just has IE7 installer at the top.
cmmcnamara
Does anyone have any ideas as to why Setup keeps restarting?FIXED: I changed the name of my organization and it finished set up perfectly. There must be a character limit of the organization name or something. Edited October 15, 2007 by cmmcnamara
