MSXML4.0 SP2

Featured Replies

Hello all,

just a quick note: a few days ago MS has released KB941833, a new version of its XML Core Services 4.0 Service Pack 2. It replaces its predecessor, KB936181 (v. 4.20.9848.0).

I guess TC76 will update his site after the next patch day? There were some changes in the last few days (new MSXML4.0 SP2, new standalone update agent, new root certificate update) that are not immediately apparent to a visitor of his webpage, only after reading some of the recent posts here...

Kind regards,

Tomalak

Under Supported Operating Systems it says Windows Vista only. Is KB941833 compatible for XP SP2 as well?

Oh, my bad, didn't see that. But it doesn't matter, XP SP2 is supported too - installation on an already running system works, and integration into the source with hfslip also (it's just one .dll after all).
