Depends which desktop you would like to copy to.

Use %PUBLIC%\DESKTOP\ for all users

Use %USERPROFILE%\DESKTOP\ for current user

COPY /Y SAMPLE.LNK %PUBLIC%\DESKTOP

regsvr32 /i /s shell32.dll
