How do I Change taskbar?

I have my custom Rocketdock launch at first run after install.

I was wondering if there is a tweak to have the windows default taskbar change position

to the top

by default before first run desktop is loaded?

You should look for Windows Registry entries, parameters and values for taskbar positioning are all saved in the register, I'm searching for solutions for Windows tweaking too, haven't found any though.
