why not do it yourself?

extract the installer of nod with winrar, and repack it with winrar.

the setup accepts the /silentmode /cfg=setup.xml switch.

that xml file is in the dir that you extracted nod in.

just let winrar run it after extraction with the above switch. done.

p.s. you could also use the addon maker, with the above switch.

its simpler that way.
