Internet Explorer launch question

I don't know when I noticed this starting, but whenever I launch Internet Explorer (7) my home page opens, but there are two other tabs open too -- one is Yahoo Search and the other is Dell. I'm pretty sure it hasn't always done this. I guess it's not a huge problem but it's annoying and I don't know why it's doing this. Can anyone help?

If you click on Tools > Internet Options, how many URLs are listed in the "Home Page" box?

right IE7 supports more than one home page.

Thank you for your help. I never added those sites so don't know how they got there.

Now, do you know what it means when perfectly safe e-mails are filtered into my junk folder and they have a red emblem-shaped icon beside them with a white X inside? The address of all e-mails involved are in my address book.
