Useing nLite to build an xp install need help

Ok so here is the deal I am building custom install disc for Windows xp I want to include the drivers and office ect but I also want to automate the install where all of the keys and registration are already done. I know that it is possible but I don't know what the program is called that sets up the install packages to add to the image is called. can anyone help me with that. I took a screen shot of the icon that comes up when I ran one that I found, but it does not tell me what it is called. Any help would be much appreciated.

for the drivers you can use the driver packs over at driverpacks.net or integrate the ones u need. as fo programs like office you can make a silent install of the programs that you need there are many guides here on how to do so if you need any help with anything just let us know and we will try our best. use the search first tho.
