Hi,

i have a Compaq IPAQ Legacy-Less PC with only USB (no PS2, serial, parallel).

I connected a PS2-Keyboard and Logitech PS2 Standard Mouse via an USB-to-PS/2-Adapter

I installed Windows NT 4.0 Terminal Server (english) with SP6 and Post SP RollUp.

The keyboard worked perfectly with the adapter, but i had no mouse support.

I tried some USB drivers, but the first dell driver showed errors and the second dell driver freezed my keyboard.

Before continueing trying, it would be perfect, if someone could name me a working driver for my Logitech Mouse.

I didnt understand, which of all the drivers would be correct for mouse support. I dont need mass storage support,

so just the a plain mouse/keyboard USB driver would be perfect.

Thx for ur help,

Bjoern

Note that NT4's USB support is spotty at best, and it has an absolutely HORRID track record for mice via USB (they were always the hardest to get working). I'm pretty sure you may be relegated to W2K if you need mouse support on that box, especially with a legacy-free PC.

Your only hope is to find an actual USB mouse, and a vendor with USB drivers that work in NT and load the proper usbhid driver.
