Any suggestions? And a question, where are the protocolfile? last_session didn't have include full list of removed parts.I've had the same problem. Right after initial install, I get missing tabs. BUT after reboot, I get LOGITECH IS GOING TO CHECK FOR UPDATES. I hit ok and after about 5 minutes it says update applied (no indication of download or upgrade progress). So then I open tray icon and it shows mouse tab. I reboot and it asks LOGITECH IS GOING TO CHECK FOR UPDATES again. I hit ok and wait several minutes (again with no progress bar or anything) until it says updates applied. I double click and mouse and keyboard is now there. I didn't know that this was vLite specific. Are you logged into an administrators account? Do you get the update prompt? Edited August 17, 2007 by razormoon

Dynaletik Posted August 17, 2007 Posted August 17, 2007 I get this problem with SetPoint 4.00 and my Logitech G5 and Media Keyboard Elite, too. But I never thought it is a vLite cause. I use SetPoint 3.30, because that one works without any bugs.Perhaps this can help you. It says, that the .inf in SetPoint 4.00 causes the error and tells you how to fix it. I did not try it yet, but many people say that it helped. I will wait for the next SetPoint release that should be released soon, as the G9 mouse uses it and is out.
