nlite help

i went through the tutorial, and made my own unattended xp customized it to my taste. But searching through the forum, i have 2 questions

1. after i made my disc, can i extract out the folders from the iso, and add new programs in and rebuild the iso, while retaining all the previous program.

and the second

2. can i use nlite to slipstream the driver packs from Bâshrat the Sneaky packs, or will i have to extract out the folder and use his gui app and then rebuild the iso

im sorry if this thread is repetitive i tried searching but couldn't find my answers
