Does anyone know of a program that will allow me to sync with an FTP site and a specified directory on my local system and have it download changed/newly uploaded files automatically?

I believe CuteFTP has that feature, but I can't remember if it's one of those "Pro Only" features or not.

WS_FTP also has that ability.
