Question about Integrating MS KB 888111 UAA HD Audio Component

Greetings all:

I'm a bit of a noob in terms of nLite, and have a question about integrating the KB888111 for Microsoft UAA High Def Audio into my XP Pro install for my company. I saw that in 1.3 beta, nLite had the ability to integrate 888111 but when I go to integrate it, I immediately receive an error message that an error was encountered.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try 1.4 beta, it works for me.

to do 888111

follow this way:

extract 888111 with -x switch

look for the commonfiles folder in it

Add this folder to nlite driver integration section

from now onwards u can install u r own chipset's driver (Realtek, SigmaTel,AD,C-Media...) once this has been loaded by windows

(ie after the 34 min mark)

i usually install reaktek driver by RunOnceEx by setup -s switch

can u make this automatically in nLite (adding UAA driver to driverslist wen adding the 888111 hotfix) ?

no update pack for Post-SP2 x64 you have to download the hotfixes one by one and then integrate them

2 updates are not supported by nLite, thats why I asked.

Well it's understandable, there aren't so many updates for x64 for now.
