[Testing] Vize core testers

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I've just started to work in my next big project called "Vize". As you can imagine, Vize is for Vista what XPize is for XP. My plans are to run away from NSIS and develop it completely in C#.

I'm almost done with the patcher core, and I would like it to be tested on several Vista machines. I would like to have from 3 to 5 testers, which will continue to test Vize internally till first alpha or beta public release. A Vize tester must meet the following requirements:

- He/she knows Vista, likes it and prefers it over XP.

- He/she knows XPize, he has used it extensively and wants Vize to have at least the same success.

- He/she has a secondary computer or VMWare / Virtual PC installed.

- He/she knows how to find and report bugs, giving as much info as he can.

If you want to become a Vize tester, please PM me. I will select 3 to 5 and will let them know via PM.

Thanks for your help and interest in advance.

one question, will this be 32bit only? or have you found a kind soul to give you a 64bit patcher :)

For now 32-bit only because I have to use Reshacker :( Hopefully, there is a guy at TheCodeProject which is going to release a C# library for dealing with icons, but I dont know when.

A Vize tester must meet the following requirements:

- He knows...

- He knows XPize...

- He has a secondary...

- He knows...

So, women are excluded from testing? <_<

That's boring.

Of course not, I just was speaking in a general way, but fixed it for you.

All Vize testers have been selected. A PM has been sent to every tester. Thanks all for your interest in this new project.
