Links under results through Google (Forums, Unattended Windows, etc)

I've seen this for many websites. When you Google MSFN you get Enter the Forums, Creating an Unattended Windows CD, Search, MSFN Guides and more indented below (screenshot attached of what I mean).

I've been trying to figure out how this is done but I'm not sure how to do it or what it's called.

They do that for many sites, but I'm not sure how/why. Perhaps use of a Google Sitemap?

Turns out they're called Sitelinks.
