IF you buy DDR3, you know that DDR3 isn´t worth it under 1333MHz, so even when you OC it to 1500MHz it still not interesting to me... but that´s just me . And for 200 bucks you can buy 4GB DDR2 RAM (standard 800MHz (5-5-5)) at 1.8volt.
