Live Messagner

Hello i have Live Messanger 8.1!

And i have huge lag (5 to 15sec) while im chating every 30 seconds or so

Could it be the Anti-virus ?

Could it be that the friend which i chat with has smileys or pictures that my messanger must dl to my computer?

I have the same problem here, the latest versions of MSN Messenger seem to be way slowwer then the older versions.

What I hate about the newer version is that I can´t cut and past directly from MS Exel, a list with order-codes for computer parts for example, it will just past an image...
