Download the package IE7-WindowsXP-x86-enu.exe from Microsoft®

Use nLite to integrate the IE7.

Add this IE7-WindowsXP-x86-enu.exe into Update Packs.

Nlite contain many more option to customize Windows XP.

Slipstreaming is the only way, currently; simple integration is not possible without serious modifications. nlite works perfectly everytime for me, but, have always had issues with the addons.
