Is there a command line way if anyone knows to open the Network flyout in Windows 10? In Windows 7/8 it was shell:::{38A98528-6CBF-4CA9-8DC0-B1E1D10F7B1B}. However this no longer works in 10 unless StartIsBack++ is installed which seems to "repair" shell:::{38A98528-6CBF-4CA9-8DC0-B1E1D10F7B1B}. I would like to know if there is some other way to open the Network flyout (the UI that shows when you click the Network icon in notification area/system tray).
Also, does anyone know a cmd line to open the Date and Power flyouts in Windows 7/8?
