When you say "on my computer", are you running win2k server or win2k3? WSUS can only be in on servers.

You need 2 CD, the downloaded trail Win2003 is enterprise edn. You need to install the trial ver win2003 on the 1st CD and update to R2 using 2nd CD. Trial ver is 160 days. The cd-key on the trial CD will not work on you present win 2003. You need to get the CD from you suppliers.
