Hey all.
Has anyone else installed the RC2 release of SP2. i downloaded from mircosofts new v5 update site and so far the service pack has been good with my pc. there has been no errors apart from the 'security centre' advising me to install a antivirus software.
The firewall handle very well and the popblocker is great, i havent com across one pop up yet (reason might be i only browse a few sites).
All in all the SP2 has returned no errors.
I posted this thread to find out, if other people who have installed SP2, have had no problems so far with it.

i dont think they have v bulliten themes on it, they have plenty of ipb.

Hey all. i just updated my pc and there was a critical update on microsofts site about direct x, well i added that to be downloaded and installed. at the same time microsoft update downloaded direct x 9 for the pc.
what is direct x? will it have anything to do with how the pc runs from now on?

try using another proxy near you, i currently am using the:
cache1-mant.server.ntli.net
I have had no probs with it, when i revert to using no proxy some pahges dont loads for me. This means i will be using proxy all the time now

Hello All,
I downloaded emule and when it tries to connect, it says YOU HAVE A LOW ID check ur network/config settings??
What is a low id/??? and where and what to do?

if you have a router you will need to forward ports:
4661
4662
4672
5555
If no router and you using xp take off the built in xp firewall, also if using norton, zonealarm etc, disable it for emule.
Check out emules site for more help

yeah i have been having that prob that some ppl cann access my site and others cant.
there are plenty of skins for it at alexking.org and also you create your own.

Hey, i got a forum up and running, not many users or posts at the mo, leave a comment on how to attract visitors to sign up on the forum and how to improve the forum generally please.

i use wordpress and i recommend it as a blogging tool to anyone, it all works in php and is really simple to install.
