  1. I love watching movies stored on my computer through my XBox360. I wish you could also use my XBox360 as a remote display, like the WiDi I am starting to see around the web.
  2. I would go with the ThermalTake Thoughpower W0178RU 850W http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16817153072 It has everything but the kitchen sink. I am running this ASUS P5E Deluxe x48 Intel Q9550 Quadcore Corsair PC2-6400 I can bump my FSB to 450 and CPU Core voltate at 1.25 and run the Intel Burn Test 25 times at max with no errors. Love this beast. Edit: Its modular and Active PFC too!
  3. I know in XP upgrade cds first thing is it checks for previously installed os's. If there is an upgradable version installed it will then procede, first option is where to upgrade. I hit esc to reformat and it installs fresh.
  4. There is a PRE-BETA driver out from somebody, from hp or not I do not know. But it works on my HP PSC 1400 series all in one. http://www.planetamd64.com/index.php?showtopic=6711
  5. I did exactly that my friend. I had only to figure out my own cd key. Which was easy. It is contained in a file in the ea downloader cache folder. Typed in my own cd key and installed fine.
  6. I just noticed my 64Bit version of Explorer was showing my google toolbar. NO WAY! I found out my shortcut was pointing to the (x86) folder of Explorer.exe.
  7. I recently made the switch to 64 bit only, single boot, XP. I have had a duel boot system for a month and was pleased with my 64 bit experience. I had only one driver missing, HP printer of course. After everything was installed, I was ready to my game on. BF2 installed seemlessly. Simple test run went smooth. Now to get SF installed, this is where the trouble began. EAs site says I must be running XP to download the downloader. I knew this was total bs. I went to my kids computer and downloaded the downloader. I was going to transfer the file directly to my 64 bit computer. But, firewalls and sharing, and walking between 2 floors, I knew there is a better way. I remembered the file name in my head. "ead-installer.exe" So, Google as my home page I did the obvious. Only one link showed up from the .be domain. It helped greatly as it contained another direct link to EAs copy of its downloader. http://files.ea.com/downloads/eacore/ead-installer.exe Now dont get me started about the available bandwidth EA is giving us.
